I have always been fascinated by people – how they think and behave, what delights and frustrates them, and why.
Having spent the last ten years conducting research in academia and industry, I have developed strengths in synthesizing complex data and communicating ideas with clarity and impact.

As a former historian, I have a unique appreciation of the diversity that characterizes human experiences. I use this empathy to derive meaningful insights and actionable recommendations to support product leaders on both strategic and tactical decisions.
My most recent work focused on building cutting-edge technology for physical operations. In this capacity, I gained experience researching ambiguous problem spaces in a rapidly growing industry and leading research for 0>1 products.

As a historian at Harvard and Oxford, I spent over six years trying to understand how people think, behave, and communicate.
As much as I enjoyed studying the cultures of the past, I realized that I wanted to make a deeper impact on society today. UX research offers just that: a way to make people’s lives better, one product at a time.
